The Heroes Team covers individuals 16+ years on the Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg and Gympie through home, clinic or community visits, plus our mobile service which covers the broader South- East area of the state and monthly regional visits to Mackay, Rockhampton, Airlie Beach and Bowen.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
